This panel presentation would start with statistics and research regarding how women are treated differently both outside (e.g., lack of promotions, lesser pay) and inside the courtroom (e.g., women are interrupted more often).  After providing the research and statistics, the panel then provides concrete actions female attorneys can take to change the narrative and gain confidence & courage to become better trial attorneys.
