Meditation can help you to improve resiliency, reduce stress, control anxiety, improve brain function, sleep better and even reduce chronic pain.  With all of these benefits, developing a meditation practice can often seem daunting and intimidating. In this session we’ll discuss the benefits of meditation, outline various types of meditation, talk about how to begin a meditation practice and work it into your schedule, and identify resources.  We will end with a brief guided meditation.
