Legal attacks against trans youth have hit an all-time high in the past year, focusing on trans kids in sports, access to bathrooms, respect for names and pronouns, and access to life-saving medical care. Building on knowledge previously learned in the Trans 101 session, this session covers the needs of trans youth, the specific legal threats they face, and litigation tactics and tools. This session is critical for anyone who represents youth in the criminal or family law systems.
