In this session, participants will explore some of the narratives in our society concerning our women clients in any of the legal systems our offices interact with regularly. We will create strategies to take our litigation beyond the stereotypes of women intentionally, vividly, and successfully. We will be able to use jury exclusion to ensure open minds toward both traditional and non-traditional narratives.
