Power is an "illusive and elusive" concept that tricks many leaders into believing they are powerless or that others can and will take away their power. In reality, power is defined as "the capacity or ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or the course of events." While your power can be controlled, coerced, manipulated, surrendered, and abused, your power cannot be taken away without your permission. This workshop will explore the concept of power through the lens of intentionality, confidence, assertion, and self-care.
